Oleanolic acid derivative altered the expression levels of apoptotic proteins in SMMC-7721 cells. Cell lysates were prepared from SMMC-7721 cells following incubation with the oleanolic acid derivative (7, 9 or 11 µM) for 48 h. Dimethyl sulfoxide-treated cell lysate was used as the control.
