Effect of the oleanolic acid derivative on cellular ATP expression levels in SMMC-7721 cells. SMMC-7721 cells were incubated with 0, 7, 9 or 11 µM oleanolic acid derivative or vehicle (0.11% DMSO) alone for 36 h. Cells were harvested 36 h after treatment, and the cellular total ATP expression levels were analyzed using an ATP determination kit. Differences among groups were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and Dunnett's test. **P<0.05 vs. DMSO.
