HCT116 cells were stably transduced with miR-143, miR-145, or Empty vector. HCT116, HT29 and SW620 cells were transiently transfected with miR-143 (premiR-143), miR-145 (premiR-145), or control (premiR-C) precursors. Cells were plated for protein expression analysis. (a) SOD1, (b) GRP94 and ANXA2 protein expression levels were analysed by immunoblotting (top) in HCT116 stably transduced cells. (c) SOD1, GRP94 and ANXA2 protein expression levels were also analysed in HCT116, HT29 and SW620 transiently transfected cells. Representative blots are shown. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM fold change to control cells, from at least three independent experiments. ***p < 0.001, **p < 0.01, *p < 0.05 from control cells.
