α7nAChR regulates the expression of phosphorylated STAT3, PI3Kp85 and NF-κB p65 in tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs). THP-1 derived macrophages (TMs) and TMα7−/− at 1×106 cells were indirectly co-cultured with LoVo cells for 24 h. TMs were then harvested for western blotting to determine the expression of phosphorylated STAT3, PI3Kp85 and NF-κB p65. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
