Effect of salidroside on the expressions of MRP-1, MDR1/P-gp, LOXL2, Survivin, Livin, Bcl-2, Bax genes and caspase-3 activity in HT-29 cells. HT-29 cells were treated with salidroside, and then were subjected to real-time quantitative PCR and western blot analyses, to detect the mRNA or protein expression levels of MRP-1, MDR1/P-gp, LOXL2, Survivin, Livin, Bcl-2, Bax genes. Results showed that expressions of MRP-1, MDR1/P-gp, LOXL2, Survivin, Livin and Bcl-2 decreased but Bax increased in HT-29 cells, which was illustrated in (A-C). Activity of caspase-3 in HT-29 also increased after salidroside intervention, as shown in (D). *P<0.05 vs. control group.
