HMGA2 regulates the metastatic phenotype of renal cell carcinoma cells. The ability of cell migration was evaluated by wound healing assay, and is expressed as the number of migrated cells. Representative photographs and statistical charts are shown for the HMGA2-knockdown ACHN (A) and HMGA2-overexpressing 786-O (B) cells compared with their corresponding control, respectively.
