Murine and human early-developmental-stage cell lines express several sex hormone receptors. (A) RT-PCR results for expression of LHR, FSHR, PRLR, ERα, ERβ, ProgR, and AR in the murine stem cell line ES-D3, the teratocarcinoma cell line P19, and the human embryonal carcinoma cell line NTera2. cDNA from murine ovaries and from the human ovarian cancer cell line A2780 were used as controls.
