– Recent intracranial haemorrhage or infarction – Uncontrolled coagulopathy – Multi-trauma with high risk of bleeding – Irreversible cardiac disease with no prospect for permanent ventricular assist device implantation or heart transplantation – Aortic dissection and severe aortic regurgitation |
