Standard- and high-light cells were harvested in the late exponential phase at 1.6 × 10⁶ cells/ml. Low-light cells were in the mid-exponential phase when harvested at 1.0 × 10⁶ cells/ml. Average values and standard deviations are calculated from 3 to 5 biological replicates
