Kinetics and rate of PPRV internalization into caprine endometrial epithelial cells (EECs). EECs were infected with PPRV for 1 h at 4 °C and then transferred to 37 °C. At the indicated time points after infection, the extracellular virus was inactivated with proteinase K.
