To dissect completely around the inferior part of the glenohumeral ligament, the angled radiofrequency device is passed by use of the 7-o'clock portal. The residual posterior inferior glenohumeral ligament is dissected from the 7-o'clock portal to link the stump of the residual superior capsule until the infraspinatus and teres minor muscles are confirmed. The muscles can move smoothly around the glenoid neck.
