(A) IMCD cells were treated with either compound (30 μM) or DMSO for 1 or 24 h. Membrane proteins were biotinylated followed by precipitation with streptavidin agarose beads. Pulldown (PD) and supernatant fractions were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE. Pan-Cadherin was used as a loading control for the PD fraction, Hsp90 for the supernatants. A representative Western blot is shown. (B) Signals from A were quantified by densitometric analysis. The amount of AQP2 in the PD fractions were related to Pan-Cadherin. MW = molecular weight.
