ABPPk increases the Bcl2/Bax ratio in the injured cells. The SH‐SY5Y cells (A) and primary dopaminergic neurons (DNs) (B) were pretreated with 50 ng·mL⁻¹ ABPPk and then exposed to 500 and 50 μM MPP⁺, respectively, to induce cell apoptosis. The protein levels of Bcl2 and Bax were measured by Western blot with the antibodies as indicated. Actin was used as a loading control.
