a, Human intestinal epithelial cell line HT-29 cells were seeded into chamber slides and infected with RRV at MOI = 1 for 24 h. Infected HT-29 cells were stained sequentially with anti-dsRNA (J2 mouse monoclonal Ab, 1:60), anti-mouse Alexa-594 secondary antibody (1:200) and Alexa-488-conjugated anti-NSP2 (clone 191, mouse monoclonal Ab, 1:250).
