(A) Progression of cell cycle in PAC-320 treated cells. LNCaP or DU145 cells were treated with vehicle or indicated dose of PAC-320 for 48 h. After the indicated treatment times, the cells cycle profile was analyzed by FACS analysis. (B–C) The percentages of G1, S and G2/M phase cells were calculated from the DNA content histograms.
