Western blots of EMT and cell cycle signaling markers in (A) OE19 (m-TOR, p-AKT, p-S6K1, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, Vimentin, Cyclin D1), and (B) OE33 (m-TOR, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, Vimentin), with GAPDH as a loading control. Cells were pretreated with DMSO, N-Shh (0.5 mg/mL), AKT-i (1 μmol/L), or AKT-i (1 μmol/L) with N-Shh (0.5 mg/mL) stimulation prior to protein extraction.
