Aβ42 monomers and protofibrils were applied at varying concentration to nitrocellulose and treated with AbSL (1:1,000 dilution) and anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody as outlined in the Methods. Panel B. Two separate nitrocellulose membranes were spotted with identical samples of Aβ42 monomers, protofibrils, and fibrils. The membranes were incubated with either AbSL (1:1,000 dilution) followed by anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody or Ab9 (1:1,000) followed by anti-mouse IgG-HRP secondary antibody.
