LARYNX | Laryngeal non-cancer etiology including stenosis, paralysis |
TRAUMA | Neurologic trauma, brain injury, neck trauma |
SURGERY | Post-operative head and neck surgery/cancer, thoracic surgery, cervical spine surgery, or other post-operative cause |
ESOPH | Cricopharyngeal or esophageal dysphagia |
