Differential clustering of human, mouse, and rat Hsp60-related pseudogenes. Pseudogenes are in red font. Human pseudogenes are clustered with primate Hsp60 (Cpn60) sequences whereas mouse and rat pseudogenes are clustered with rodent counterparts, indicating independent evolution of these pseudogenes in these species.
