NAPs are active against HDV infection in vitro. Huh-106 cells were exposed for 24 h to HDV (500 GE/cell) in the absence (0) or the presence of indicated 1:2 dilutions of 10 μM each NAP. Intracellular HDV RNA extracted at 9 days postinoculation (dpi) was quantified by real-time RT-qPCR for measurement of infection.
