PfTrx–8-mer–OVX313 vaccine induces higher neutralizing antibody responses against 5 different high-risk and one low-risk HPV type (HPV6) than the 11-mer antigen. Sera were collected from mice (10 per group) 1 month after the last immunization with different antigens (PfTrx–8-mer–OVX313 and PfTrx–11-mer–OVX313) and analyzed for their ability to neutralize HPV16, -18, -33, -51, and -58 pseudovirions using L1-PBNA (in the case of HPV6, the L2-PBNA was performed).
