Oncogenic Kras expression increased OXPHOS in nontransformed human ductal HPDE cells. HPDE and HPDE/Kras cells were cultured in normal conditions (A) or subjected for 24 h to AA depletion (B) or to treatment with lysosomal inhibitors E64D + pepstatin A (C).
