Results of piecewise regression models predicting breakpoints (mean and 95% CIs) in capture/tagging- and airgun exposure-related behaviour in three horizontal movement parameters for each individual harbour porpoise. Grey points are the residuals of the movement parameter. The residual values provide a measure of deviation in fine-scale horizontal movements compared to the individuals' baseline behaviour (i.e. a residual value of 0). Confidence intervals for regression lines are not drawn to improve visibility, but s.e. for each segment is provided in electronic supplementary material, table S2. Note that ID 5 did not have a functioning GPS-unit and could not be included in these analyses.
