Effects of SC, SCO, SCA, SCOA, SCH, and NAC on lipid accumulation during the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes: (A) 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were treated without or with SC, SCO, SCA, SCOA, SCH (100 μg/mL) and NAC (10 mM), and differentiating 3T3-L1 cells with visible lipid accumulation were examined on Day 8 by Oil Red O staining.
