Involvement of cyclin E in deoxyschizandrin-induced cell cycle arrest in A2780 cells: (A) Effect of deoxyschizandrin on cyclin E expression was measured using Western blotting. A2780 cells were treated with the indicated concentration of deoxyschizandrin (15, 30, and 60 µM) for 48 h. β-Actin was used as an internal control. Band images are representatives of three individual experiments and the results of densitometric analysis represent the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. * p < 0.05 vs. the control group; (B) Involvement of cyclin E in deoxyschizandrin-induced cell cycle arrest was examined using MTT assay.
