In (a), there is a spiculated low-density lesion at the outer quadrants, which creates an architectural distortion [visible in the (c) corresponding enlarged view] that is suspicious for malignant lesion; these findings are not confirmed in image (b), where we can observe an area of heterogeneous glandular tissue, with normal parenchymal pattern [in the (d) corresponding digital zoom].
