Relative regional CBF was defined as the ratio of the absolute CBF of one ROI over the global CBF
The adjusted mean difference (preterm – full-term) and corresponding p-values are based on the mixed linear model in which group (preterm vs. full-term), brain regions, sex, gestational age at birth, day of life at MRI and the interaction between group and regions of interest are the fixed effects. The p-values are adjusted for multiple comparisons (Tukey-Kramer).
