Dual-luciferase reporter assay. The reported plasmid in which the luciferase coding sequence is fused to ULK1–3′-UTR-Wild or ULK1–3′-UTR-Mutant and miR-26a-5p mimic. miR-26a-5p inhibitors were co-transfected into cardiac fibroblasts. Renilla luciferase activity was used as internal control to normalize Firefly luciferase activity. (*P < 0.05) compared with NC group.
