Phylogenomic tree of the genus Bifidobacterium based on the concatenation of the deduced amino acid sequences of 232 core genes of Goo31D, Ham19E, Rab10A, Tam1G, Uis4E, and Uis1B and members of the genus Bifidobacterium. The amino-acid-deduced core gene-based tree shows the division intoseven phylogenetic groups of the Bifidobacterium genus as represented by different colors. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by the neighbor-joining method, with genome sequence of Scardovia inopinata JCM 12537 as outgroup. Bootstrap percentages above 50 are shown at node points, based on 1,000 replicates of the phylogenetic tree.
