Arthroscopic visualization of the graft used to perform the superior capsule reconstruction and the subsequent superimposition of the rotator cuff atop the graft (yellow arrow) in the right shoulder are shown through a 30° arthroscope inserted in the posterior portal. Ultimately, this reconstruction helps restore the correct position of the humeral head and decrease the acromiohumeral distance.
