Effect of eudesmin on (A) IL-1β expression and (B) IgM expression in H. pylori-infected C57BL/6 mice in vivo. H. pylori 26695-infected C57BL/6 mice were treated with 0, 5, 10, 20 and 40 µM of eudesmin for 3 days. The level of IL-1β and IgM expression was determined by ELISA.
