Effect of eudesmin on LC-3B expression in H. pylori-infected AGS cells. H. pylori 26695-infected AGS cells were treated with 0, 10, 20, 40 and 80 µM of eudesmin for 12 h. Cells were fixed, then stained with LC3-B antibody, and LysoTracker and DAPI dyes. LC-3B protein expression was detected by immunostaining and visualized under a confocal microscope.
