ARID5B expression supports the survival of TAL1-positive T-ALL cells. (A) Western blot analysis for protein expression of ARID5B, PARP, and α-tubulin (loading control) in Jurkat cells on day 3 after the transduction of lentivirus expressing shGFP (control), shARID5B-3, or shARID5B-7. (B) Detection of apoptosis based on annexin V by flow cytometry analysis in Jurkat cells on day 3 after transduction with lentivirus expressing shRNA.
