TMZ-resistant cells exhibited lower migratory ability than parental glioma cells. (A) After the TMZ selection, the parental U251 and their corresponding TMZ-resistant subline were seeded for indicated time periods (0, 12, and 24 h). Cell migration was determined using a wound-healing assay. TMZ-resistant cells exhibited decreased migration ability compared with parental cells. Representative images are shown.
