Control group and Saline group: Almost no TSG-6 expression is found in cartilage tissue. MIA+/MSC− group: Like in A, TSG-6 is not found anywhere in cartilage tissue. MIA+/MSC+ group: TSG-6 expression is found extensively from the surface layer to deep layer of cartilage tissue. As compared with control, Saline, MIA+/MSC− group, a significant increase in TSG-6 expression is found only in the group administered with MSC. * p < 0.01 compared to the MIA+/MSC− group.
