Growth curve of high grade glioma (HGG) cells. Cells were seeded into 12-well plates at a concentration of 2–5 × 104 cells/well and incubated at 37 °C in standard medium. The number of the cells was determined every day by hemocytometric counting, using trypan blue. Each experiment was repeated three times. Doubling time was calculated using the slope of the logarithmic phase of growth curve.
