In (a), no LLOQ threshold was applied. In (b), LLOQ thresholds were applied based on logistic model standard error and on baseline noise in (c). In total, 50/104 measurements were above the LLOQ for the baseline noise model and 52/104 for both of the logistic models. The methods agree on the common 50 and the two logistic methods are in exact agreement.
