(A) RNA isolated from T80, FT194, and PE-A-OCV (non-malignant) and HEY, TOV21G, and TOV112D (malignant) cells were used to assess transcript levels for NCOA4α and NCOA4β via real-time PCR. Three independent experiments were performed. (B) Cell lysates from these non-malignant and malignant cell lines were analyzed by western blotting using the indicated antibodies. Densitometric analyses is shown in the right panel. Data shown is representative of three independent experiments. (C) Protein expression of NCOA4 was assessed in a human ovarian cancer TMA. Positive analyses was completed using the scanned image in ImageScope. Representative images of individual cores were captured at 6× magnification (left panel) and positive core analyses is presented in the right panel.
