Evaluation of hit compounds. (a) 17 hit compounds obtained from SPR screening was evaluated by RNP assays. The highest non-cytotoxic concentration (in μM) of each compound is shown in bracket. Compounds 221 and 283 showed significant attenuation of RNP. Nucleozin was included as a positive control. (b) Compound 221 and (c) compound 283 elicited dose dependent inhibition of influenza RNP activity.
