Adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein inhibition with BMS309403 attenuates palmitate (PA)-induced mitochondrial dysfunction in macrophages. Thp-1 cells were pretreated with 50 µM BMS309403 for 2 h followed by 500 µM PA treatment.
