Subjects were divided into two groups according to H. pylori infection status. Continuous variables were presented as means ± SD or median (interquartile range) Differences between two groups were tested by student’s oxt-test for continuous variables and x2 test for categorical variables. BMI, body mass index; SBP, systolic and diastolic blood pressure; DBP, diastolic blood pressure; TG, triglycerides, TC, total cholesterol, LDL-C, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol; ALT, alanine aminotransferase; AST, aspartate aminotransferase; Scr, serum creatinine; UA, uric acid.
