There is a focus of hypodensity in the right frontal lobe, including the superior frontal gyrus (SFG) and extending to the anterior body of the right lateral ventricle. It is adjacent to a small right frontal surgical burr-hole. B) More recent lacunar infarction in the head of the left caudate nucleus, a structure that mediates frontal-subcortical tracts.
