Endotracheal Tube (ET). a If there is a history of difficult mask ventilation (Grade 3 or 4) or intubation (Grade view 3 or 4) the ET tube will be red, as noted above. If there are risk factors for mask ventilation or intubation the ET tube will be orange. If there is a history of easy mask ventilation and intubation the ET tube will be green as noted in Fig. 5. b To see the specific findings, open the ET tube window.
