A and B: In a cohort of 33 pups (15 males and 18 females) consisting of eight Nx S, nine Nx MC, five Hx S, and 11 Hx MC pups, P20 open field activities were assessed. Hx MC–reared pups exhibit greater center time (A) and center distance (B) compared to Hx S treated pups. B: Nx MC pups exhibit greater center time compared to Nx S treated pups. C–N: In a second smaller cohort composed of 11 vehicle-only and 14 minocycline-treated pups (12 female and 13 male; total 25 pups), P20 open field activities were assessed.
