Interaction between double strand break repair and cell cycle in MEF cells exposed to ionizing radiation (IR) in the presence or absence of NU7441. γH2AX was induced by 5-Gy X-ray alone or combination with 2 µM NU7441 in MEF cells. The cells were co-stained with DAPI and γH2AX antibody. (A) Bivariate distributions show the expression of γH2AX with respect to the cell cycle phase.
