Assessment of cultured OPCs and OLs. (A) OPCs and OLs were immunostained with antibodies against PDGFαR and Olig2 to examine their expression levels in cultured cells. The purity of OPCs reached >85%. Scale bar, 40 µm. The purity of cultured OPCs was determined by the percentage of PDGFαR⁺Olig2⁺ cells among DAPI-stained cells, as demonstrated in the bar graphs to the right (n=10).
