(A) Protein expression levels of the transcription factors YY1, MRF, Sip1, Sox2 and Sox10 were measured in control and GaTx2 groups by western blotting. (B) Densitometric analysis was performed to quantify the protein levels following western blotting. Levels of transcription factors in the control were set at 100% and the corresponding percentage changes of these proteins are presented.
