Model of the effects of KD025 on 3T3-L1 adipocyte differentiation. KD025 inhibits adipocyte differentiation in 3T3-L1 cells, regulating the intermediate stage of this process. Differentiation is not promoted by the suppression of ROCK2 activity via KD025. This anti-adipogenic effect of KD025 might be mediated by the suppression of an unknown key pro-adipogenic regulator.
