Compared with the CON group, rats in IS group showed a time-dependent and reversible decline in periorbital withdrawal thresholds to mechanical stimulus (*P < 0.05), which was alleviated by TAK-242 pretreatment (#P < 0.05). As for the paw licking or withdrawal latency at 52°C, no significant difference was found among the three groups.
