All mice were injected with [18F]FB-IL2v via the penile vein and kept under anesthesia. After 15, 60 and 90 min (n = 5), animals were sacrificed and different organs were collected and weighed. Tracer uptake was expressed as standardized uptake values (SUV). All data represent the mean ± standard deviation.
